The photographs are only half of it. This is the other half: how we plan, how we look after your files, how you’ll always know where things stand, and how your photos reach you.
What we do differently
The small things most people skip.

A proper contract, every time
Before anything is booked, you get a contract that spells out what we’re doing for you. It protects you as much as it protects us.

You meet your team before the day
We set up a WhatsApp group for your wedding and a video call where you meet the people who’ll be photographing you.
- 03
We ask for the details up front
Event schedules, full names, your invitation, and contacts for your decorator, make-up artist and designer. Nobody important gets missed on the day.
- 04
Your files are safe within a day
Everything shot is collected, copied and organised within 24 hours of the event, and never later than 48. Once everything is delivered, it’s uploaded to our server and backed up.
- 05
One editor for your whole wedding
A single editor works on your photographs from start to finish, so the colour and feel stay consistent across every event.
- 06
You always know where things stand
You get your own live dashboard. It shows what’s been delivered, what’s in progress and when to expect the rest, so you never have to chase us.
How we work together
Four steps, no surprises.
We don’t sell packages off a shelf. Every wedding is different, so we start by understanding yours.
Introduce
A relaxed call to get to know you and the events you’re planning. Once we understand your day, we build an estimate around it.
Say helloPreparation
We make it official with a proper contract. A lot of people skip this step; we don’t. At least a month before the wedding, we introduce you to your team on a call, go through the timeline and schedule for every event and agree the ground rules for how we’ll stay in touch.
Wedding day
We guide you when you need it and get out of the way when you don’t, so the day stays yours while we get on with our work.
Deliverables
Every frame edited by hand, your film, and all of it in a private online gallery you can share with family anywhere, with albums if you’d like them.

Every wedding runs on a checklist.
Each wedding gets its own project in our studio Hub, with a checklist of more than thirty steps that we tick off as we go. Here’s a shortened version of it.
Before the wedding
- Date blocked and your team assigned

Post-production

Steps that don’t apply to your wedding, like the album if you haven’t chosen one, are skipped automatically.
Your private dashboard
One link, always up to date.
Once your booking is confirmed, our Hub creates a private link to your own dashboard. It updates on its own as we work through the checklist, so you can see progress without having to ask.

Our touch
Every frame, edited by hand.
We don’t run your wedding through a preset. Each photograph is edited individually, by the same editor, so the whole set holds together. Move across the photo to compare.
